"Great Hotel with may food options lower level. About a 20 minute walk to Victoria Harbour, 5 minutes to Temple/Jade Markets. Walk to transportation. Hotel itself is very busy as is Honk Kong in general. Rooms are small, showing wear/tear. Bring slippers/flipflops as the rooms are carpeted and honestly are dirty/need to be replaced. "

"As previously noted by other travelers, this property was remodeled in 2014. It is still well maintained and clean. Staff was kind and fast, we had a stuck toilet and they resolved it in no time. Housekeeping does not happen until you are the 3rd or 4th night in but they come by to replenish towels and empty the trash. The location cannot be beat, lots of shopping, eats, access to buses and subway close by. They also have a pool (check their seasonal cleaning schedule first). "

"Fantastic hotel. We stayed in an executive suite and had use of the exec lounge for breakfast and also comp afternoon tea and evening drinks. Really easy to use the MTR to get around as station about 300m away! Slow check in however and would be good if they could provide a means to refill water bottles/flasks as water is no longer provided in rooms. Would recommend though."
