Still, the hotel refused to refund any of of our stay, even though they told our Chinese daughter-in-law that they would refund as long as it was initiated by Orbitz. Orbitz tried for almost a month but was unable to secure a refund for us. We will be staying elsewhere when we visit family in the future."

"We had a wonderful short break. The hotel was lovely. Two issues. 1.The pool is listed as indoor. But actually it is an outdoor pool and is only open at peak season. 2. The website gives the right address, but the wrong location on the map! Generally it is a a really nice place to stay. Our cleaner was a bit grumpy but the other staff were lovely. Only a few speak English "

"It was unfortunate that i didn't have time to explore much of the area as I was up early and traveling to other places in China. I stayed for 2 nights across 3 days. The area though along the coastline is lovely and I know there is so much to do. This Hotel has a Theme Park attached and i had a quick look, its fantastic for Families."

"For a solo trip, this ended up being a lot of fun...but was a bit difficult to get to. I opted to take a cab which ended up being a bit expensive, but it was worth it to me. This hotel isn’t as lavish as the Interlaken, which is a five minute walk down the road, but was good for a place to stay while I explored Tea Stream Valley. The staff was friendly and helpful, though few of them spoke English. I ended up needing to wait for the managers who did speak English in order to book a car to the...
