"The Hotel is located in the city center, a walking distance to all major attractions. They initially wanted to charge my daughter, though she was sharing room with parents. That was a surprise to us. Breakfast buffet was same everyday but service was excellent. "

"The hotel is in a great location, walkable to all the key sites in Athens, in the heart of Plaka and its restaurants and shopping. The view of the acropolis at the rooftop restaurant and from the pool is breathtaking. All the staff are helpful and knowledgeable. The only criticism is that our room was smal and dark, the decor and the room is showing its age which made an otherwise very pleasant stay in Athens disappointing. "

"This hotel had exceptional service and everyine was very professional! Once we called to ask about the times of one of their restaurant hours, they answered that and in additional offered to make a reservation for us. We felt like celebrities for our honeymoon. We had exceptional fresh fish option for one of tge breakfast buffet options. And once they became aware of our honeymoon, they gave us champagne. We would definitely visit again once we go back to Athens in the future."

"The property was clean and mainly quiet. I enjoyed the breakfast, and the hotel is in a very convenient location for the metro and there are bars and restaurants around the area too. I had a very pleasant stay at NLH, and would recommend to anyone travelling to Athens. "

"It’s still need some work because it’s a new, the elevator need to be upgrade, too small for people, I don’t think it can take 3 people "

"The only complaint we have with the property is the limited seating in the common area. A 3 seater couch would bring the room together nicely. Communication with the owner was great and they arranged for the pick up at the airport which was fantastic. We also loved the Red Sparrow bakery which was just around the corner from the apt. We went there every morning for coffee and pastries."

"The staff is always Exceptional from the front desk, to the restaurant hosts, to the shuttle pickup and delivery people at the airport. Holiday Inn is the only hotel I stay at while I travel to Athens. The service from A to Z is unparalleled."
