"I rented this property with a group of friends to stay while we were visiting athens. Overall it is a nice place to stay at, but it comes with a little bit of hiccups. Finding transportation is tough and takes you a while to connect with an Uber or Beat. Katerina was a good host but at some points had strange requests from us such as paying an upfront cash security deposit (which I later confirmed with Vrbo is not part of her rights). "Villa Eva was just perfect for our family of 5. The kitchen was well equipped, bedrooms roomy with lots of storage and dining outside with a sea breeze couldn’t be beat! The bathrooms were spacious and beautiful. Sophia was amazingly helpful and attentive to all our needs and concerns."

"The house is just as pictured, beautiful and well makntained. The host was very accommodating. It is in a very quiet location. If you plan on touring Greece, You must have a car if you stay here. We didn’t have a car, but the caretaker Foti, took us to the store for groceries. Downside, we had to Uber everywhere! "

"The view from the large deck with a beautiful marble stone floor was wonderful. Communication was timely and very helpful. The detailed directions were a lifesaver as the home is located some distance from the port. The home construction is amazing but note, this is not a castle. "We had a lovely holiday at this villa. It has everything you need for your stay including a fantastic pool. The location is great as it's close to a variety of great beaches and Athens. Also close are a large shopping mall and a water park. Katerina was a lovely host and helped us with transfers from/to the airport, food shopping and advice on getting around. We had free use of her car and she even baked us cakes! Would definitely recommend this for a family holiday."
