"What an amazing hotel!!! We have been travelling Asia for 9 weeks and 2 weeks in Thailand. This was by far the best hotel we've stayed in during our time. The moment we checked in with Barry who was absolutely incredible to the moment we checked out, we couldn't fault this hotel. All staff we encountered were happy and helpful. "The hotel was beautiful, the staff very helpful, service was excellent. The resort is large and transportation is by trolly . They were very quick and efficient. We did not wait more than 5 mins for a trolly. The breakfast was very good. Overall a very enjoyable stay. One improvement could be at the Beach/ Ocean area. As the ocean here experiences Riptides, the warning flag is by the pool area and not the beach. The flag should be closer to the actual beach /entry to the ocean for safety...
