"We stayed in the sister hotel we enjoyed our stay had a great breakfast good selection available we asked for poached eggs they delivered .Bed comfortable every thing we needed nice and clean.Mioooue on reception was excellent very helpful explained the hotel well also when we went back to collect our case we needed to get to paddington station fairly quickly she helped we were there in good time thank you Mioooue we would return "

"Excellent location for visiting sites including Buckingham Palace, Hyde park, Trafalgar Square. The hotel room were in was quiet. We did not hear even other guests. The front desk staff were amazing, friendly, eager to help and very accommodating. We really enjoyed the hotel lounge. The lounge was available 24/7 with free specialty coffee and water. Plus having private meeting rooms. "

"Ideal location. Most Westminster sites are walkable. Right next to Victoria station so easy access to buses and subway. The staff was very helpful. Great food at the restaurant and lots of other options close by. Room was clean and roomy given the central London location."
