Not sure whether we wanted breakfast but were advised to pay in advance as it would be more expensive next day. Why not just have one price? Could be inconvenient to get a refund if you were in a hurry the next day."

"This hotel was roomy for a London hotel. Very convenient for us to be a short walk to restaurants and the cable car to the O2 arena. Conveniently located near Excel and the Elizabeth Line railway, which took us to Heathrow Airport any many tourist attractions without having to change trains. Would definitely recommend this hotel. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Maid service daily "
