The reception staff was incredibly helpful, as our mobiles were not working and my luggage did not make the transatlantic flight. I am certain I did not adequately express my gratitude for their great assistance, kindness, and understanding. We highly recommend this facility."

"Just had a lovely stay. Our room was clean, tastefully decorated and had everything we wanted. We had a great view of Brands Hatch and could even see a bit of the track. Easy parking and a short walk to the track. Breakfast was tasty with a great selection of fruit, cereals, croissants and cooked breakfast. We ate in the restaurant and bar. All our meals were delicious. I can especially recommend the ChitTikka Masala with naan bread and popadom. The staff were very polite accommodating. We mentioned to one guy in the restaurant that our room was a little cold and when we returned he’d arranged for a heater and it was switched on! "

"Weekend family trip, lovely place to stay, lots to do around Maidstone, lovely breakfast but the bar is very expensive £33 for an orange juice, pint of beer and 2 gin & tonics! Ate in a local Weatherspoons 5 minutes away excellent value, great weekend!"
