There was a lot to see and the location of the hotel was perfect. The staff was amazing and helpful. We appreciated their thoughtfulness when they found out it was our anniversary. "

Hair in shower upon check-in. Overall, beautiful room but uncomfortable due to lack of air conditioning despite confirming availability of such when booking."

In the room next to ours, it was the same! You cannot 5* to a hotel, where you do not have the possibility to take a shower in normal conditions, this is the basics ."
