"Staff were great, especially the concierge who helped us sort out our trains to Budapest. Only negative was check-in. We had prepaid for an expensive room only to be told when we checked in that the room was not available. The front desk tried to upsell us to a room that was $100 plus higher a day than the room we paid for. We politely refused and said we wanted the room we paid for - and magically the room became available. Our superior room supposedly had a balcony with a view, more like a...

Staff members are also very nice and having high standards for customer experience. I will definitely use the hotel again. One thing I would suggest is to put more room signs where people can see. There was one near the elevator but that’s all. It was like a maze until I find out my room number. "
