"Great property! Location, room, pool, breakfast, front desk, all were excellent. The only minor complaint is the line for breakfast after about 8am. There are always empty tables, it could be organized better, then the hotel would be perfect!"

The reception is up one level and it’s a hassle to take suitcases up and down all the time even though you have a suitcase elevator it’s a bit of a drama.Swimming pool is a shocker!!! It’s a glass pool all passers by and diners can watch you swim from underneath,like a fish in an aquarium,who wants to do that? "This hotel has a grand entrance to drive up to. The rooms are large and well appointed. However, it seems like the front desk staff, at least the ones I dealt with, are not the top team. I'd ask a question and get an off topic response. Then I'd have to repeat myself. While this could be a luxury property, they need to make some cosmetic improvements like: the pool needs to be resurfaced, the roof and siding of the adjacent building needs to pressure washed and painted. "Great size room with excellent views of the sea. Hotel looked a little tired especially the pool and carpeted areas. Not withstanding this we enjoyed our stay here"

"Lovely quiet and private cottages surrounded by rainforest. Birds and other native animals come right to the door. It was a wonderful and unique experience. A 10 minute easy walk to Lake Eacham. Highly recommend this place to anyone who loves nature. "
