"The safe-box in the room was located at floor level, which is difficult to reach, particularly for elderly people. Both-room amenities were below my expectations."

"Everything very clean. Pillows one was very flat two was too high. Heating system was blowing directly at the couch sitting direction. Some days there was no bottled water and enough English breakfast and earl grey tea. Toilet flush very stiff difficult to flush. Shower door hard to open. Thank you "
