"I was not impressed. Location was amazing but room was tiny, no chair and bathroom was a toilet right next to shower. Nothing at all like the photos on the website. No lifts either so was on 4th floor and had to use steps. Won't go there again"

"We have stayed at the Sumner Hotel on numerous occasions, and I can honestly say the welcome we receive is always incredibly warm and genuine. The staff are absolutely lovely and can’t do enough for you. While the rooms are beginning to look a bit tired, they remain clean and comfortable for a good night's sleep. "It was the first time me and my family spent the night in a pub inn. Wasn't expecting how amazing it has been! Friendly staff, lovely and cosy rooms, very child friendly with boardgames in rooms, filling breakfast, easy in and out from separate inn doors. Honestly it was an amazing experience and will definitely book another stay with fuller inns :)"

"Close to Legoland Windsor, Caroline has created a comfortable, stylish, yet homely bed and breakfast. We stayed in the lodge where we had kitchen facilities which was well equipped. Spacious bedroom/living area. Popped over the road to the pub for pudding and a sneaky drink. The following morning, we were greeted with a smile and an array of continental offerings to start before tucking into a great cooked breakfast with beautifully poached eggs. Great stay."

"Overnight stop, late booking. Lovely B&B, and the host Jasmine was so friendly and accommodating. Spotlessly clean and the breakfast was delicious. It’s so nice to stay somewhere different to mainstream hotels, with a host that really cares for her visitors."

"This is the third or fourth time we have stayed at The Lincoln Suites, and to be honest I cannot see us ever choosing another hotel for our stays in London. Everything about it is perfect for our needs. It is one of cleanest and most well-maintained hotels I have stayed at. The staff are extremely helpful and polite, and the entire team should be proud of the standards they keep."

Great hotel close to the station!

"Can’t fault the hotel, clean, cosy, a great reception with seating and free hot drinks machine for guests. The room was on the small side and the bed isn’t the comfiest, but it’s fine for a short stay. Ideal 5 min walk from Kings X/St Pancras. 30 min walk to Oxford Circus. Luggage storage at £3 per guest. "

Perfect for a theatre stay

"5 minute walk from Euston, the building inside is beautiful. The room was clean and comfortable (my only gripe was that the pillows were far too soft for me). A 5 minute walk took us to Russell Square tube station, 3 stops later we were at Leicester Sq right next to our theatre and plenty of places to eat. "

"This was an impromptu trip to London for my wife, son and I. The staff at the Clermont were fantastic and the hotel was great. The location was convenient to get around London. We were within walking distance of Buckingham, Westminster and Parliament. If we needed to take the Underground, the Victoria, Central and District lines were right there. The hotel has an entrance from Victoria station if needed. The walk to Piccadilly and Leicester is easy, so getting around is simple. Maybe not a ton of places to eat out nearby, but the restaurant in the hotel is good and there are a few places nearby that are good to eat. We kept going back to the Gail’s Bakery on Buckingham Palace road for breakfast, but the English Rose around the corner was cute and good too. Would definitely stay here again if we’re back in London. "
