"The staff was very friendly. The hotel was perfectly clean and well appointed. Exactly what you’d expect of a Four Seasons in a city. It is downtown however. It is ideal for going to events at the stadium but the area wasn’t great for walking around for other exploring. "

"I usually stay here because I like that they have a restaurant / bar in the hotel so i dont have to go out at night. However, it was under construction and was not made aware of that until i arrived. I do think once the construction is done it will be great. The staff was lovely. "

"Would not recommend . We booked on the same day as check in, no one would answer the phone or let you into the property without 72 hours notice. We purchased the Villa for one night due to a flight cancellation, tried phoning multiple times and messaging before check in closed but no one would answer the phone. We couldn’t stay at the property because we had no information on how to get in. We were charged full price and no refund given, I suggest you book somewhere else that has better...
