"This hotel was great. It is right by the river nile. I was able to see the Pyramids from my hotel room and get a view of the Nile river. In the morning you could see the sail boats. It was fascinating. The staff were excellent, v. friendly and helpful. Special shoutout to Asmaa. The restaurants are great. The breakfast was awesome. "The room was a smoking room while we’ve asked for non smoking and we were told it has been changed; we checked the room the moved us to and it was still a smoking room with not clean tables so we complained next morning; they apologised and moved us to a much better room with full view on the Nile; from then onwards everything was arranged perfectly apart from the loud music noise late night"
