"Overall room and facility were great, view fantastic; also hotel staff was very professional - of course at this level and price point you expect perfection. Unfortunately the breakfast restaurant had a long line, had to wait at least 10 min to get in, staff seemed stressed. Floor of the hotel room needed some maintenance, sanding and staining would help. "

"This is a nice hotel. Staff were friendly, patient, knowledgeable, helpful and attentive. Every staff member that I interactacted with are multilingual...Very impressive. For your convenience there is a grocery store and pharmacy less than a 5 minute walk from the hotel. The tram is also about a 2 minute walk from the hotel. My room had a sink with a slow drain. "The Mandarin Hotel is always a good choice, but there were a few missteps with the in room dining and housekeeping service, which was disappointing, given the reputation of this hotel. On the positive side, the rooms were spacious and well appointed, and the staff very helpful and courteous. The location is ideal as it is close to shopping and the old town for sightseeing."
