"The location is around 10-15 mins walking distance from Zurich main station. There is no reception in this hotel, self check in service is provided, it is smooth. There is no lift for this 4 storeys building, but luggage lift is provided. It is pity, I didn't notice that after I pick up luggage to the 4th floor. However, I can make it when check-out. "Our room was extremely clean and just what we needed. The hotel is located around 5-10min walk from the town centre and station. It is not really a hotel but a collection of rooms within what appeared to be a residential building but it was all very clean, efficient and modern. We would happily stay here again."

"If I could give 10 stars for the Aqua hotel, I would. The staff was absolutely fantastic! The young man at the front desk went so far above and beyond in customer service. Even after we checked out of the hotel, we were several miles away and missed our bus to Zurich so we called to ask if he could call us another taxi. "We were very happy with this hotel. It was a nice surprise. I loved the cleanliness and parking. The little extras were very nice as well. Water, tea, and fruit plus a few toiletries. After traveling all day this was a nice comfortable place to rest. We came in Oct. and the temp in the room was pleasant. "

"Parking is nonexistent and a big problem if you have a car. Room has no amenities including hooks to hang your towels. There is little room for suitcases."

"The shower and toilet (bathroom) were separate from the room. Both the room and bathroom had loud locks so you would disturb the other guests when going to the bathroom. The shower had no soap dish/shelf. The soap dispenser was broken, so no soap came out. The room was extremely hot and smelt of smoke. The sinks in the kitchen and bathroom were both tiny.
