"This was a great hotel with spacious rooms and all the amenities for long term stay. It’s 8 minutes walk from the train station that takes you straight to central Zurich in 10 mins. There were several supermarkets at walkable distance and also some cafes and restaurants. A great place to stay which was clean, adorable and convenient! "

"Wonderful staff allowed us to check out bags at the hotel early to explore the city while we waited to check in. Rooms were spacious and clean and the bathroom was very well maintained. Hotel is connected to the city center through both tram and train lines, and we were able get between the city center and the hotel multiple times a day to rest and change. Breakfast was filling and well done. Will absolutely consider staying again if visiting Zürich."

"Upon arrival we quickly realized that the entire street was under construction. The construction began promptly at 7am. All construction vehicles were parked right outside of our window. We were not notified in advance. The property was very simply furnished, we were left 2 rolls of toilet paper for our 2-week stay with 5 people, one small bath towel per person, and one hand towel per person. We had one kitchen towel and one roll of paper towels. The property was clean overall, other than the moldy shower curtain. We also did not have a functioning coffee maker. The owners informed us that it would be replaced multiple times, but that never happened.The check-in process was easy and ready upon arrival. On July 30, while showering in the evening, we Slowly lost hot water, but didn't think much of it at the time. On the 31st, we realized that the hot water was gone and when we arrived back in the evening the hot water heater had leaked. We contacted the owner on the morning of August 1st. They asked many clarifying questions and then asked if we would leave the key in the box when we left the property, which we always did. No one ever came to the property to check the issue. We were without hot water from July 31- August 6. The hot water heater leak caused the wood floors to bubble and it started to mold. It was stored in a wood cabinet and the cabinet was covered in mold by the time we left. The owners did not offer any further resolution to the issues. "

"This property is exactly what we needed it to be: a restful evening and a good night of sleep. The apartment was very clean and the kitchen had everything we needed. Street parking was easy to find but I think at a different time of day it might be tricky to find. The neighborhood was not the best but I never felt unsafe."
