"This property is quite new, stylish and well-maintained. It is stylish and has great views from a commanding position on a hill just above the port. It is really an apartment complex with a restaurant open sometimes and offer buffet breakfast with the facility to order some items fresh such as omelettes. The property has a small staffing, but these are friendly, efficient and helpful people. Big shout for Carmelo at breakfast and Karen in the restaurant and the charming chap at the pool bar...

"Apartment was very spacious and really enjoyed having our own pool. Beach club was lovely, shame we couldn’t have access anytime. Could do with a more family friendly restaurant on site as nothing near by. The restaurant that was open was great, food and service was wonderful, but on the pricey side, nice for a treat, nothing for everyday dining available. We had hired a car so could go elsewhere, otherwise you would need taxis. Small issue in wardrobes, no full length hanging space for dresses!...

"We stayed as 2 adults in the Reserve area for 5 nights in February. It’s a beautiful hotel, the staff are super friendly and very friendly and efficient. The hotel is very clean and our room was cleaned, mini bar topped up etc daily. The Reserve lounge is nice, with snacks and drinks laid out daily. The pool in this area is lovely but sunbeds weren’t always available. The staff here offered you drinks, ice creams and fruit as you sun bathed with was nice. "Our only regret about our stay at this hotel is that we cannot give it more stars. The menus were innovative, the rooms spotless and extremely comfortable, the facilities (including pool and Wellness Centre) luxurious; but above all the service levels were the highest we have ever experienced. All of the staff were friendly and communicative, all prepared to go the extra mile to ensure guest satisfaction.
