"It was my birthday weekend, they gave a lovely surprise at breakfast.m, also sent champagne to my room.The room itself was very clean I didn’t want to mess the carpet with my shoes. Breakfast was fantastic with plenty options to choose from. Walking distance to all the attractions. Well equipped gym which I got to use. One of, if not the best hotels I’ve ever stayed. "

On the positive side, the rooms were spacious and well appointed, and the staff very helpful and courteous. The location is ideal as it is close to shopping and the old town for sightseeing."

Check In was extremely slow - it took me a full 30 minutes from arriving at Reception to getting my room key. - there were only 2 people in front of me and there were no problems.
