"The staff was the best part, very friendly and accommodating to what you wanted. They were always willing to get extra hot water if requested. However, the hotel should supply amenities in the room like toothbrush and toothpaste, little shampoo and conditioner. The internet was definitely not adequate in the room, but was quite stable in the lounge. It should be improved. I would recommend Brimak Hotel to friends. "

"DO NOT stay in this hotel. I have stayed in some flea pits in my time, but this is the worst. Like the other review, they made me pay again, saying they had no booking with Hotels.com. The price reflects it of course, but it is in a dodgy part of town, a lot of noise, nasty rooms, no toilet seat etc. But the door service is a disgrace: the door staff would not even let me me rest after an exhausting journey to sort in the morning, and I PAID twice for this miserable pit.
