"I had an extremely disappointing experience when I booked a stay at this property. After arriving at Nairobi airport, I took an Uber to the location, arriving just around midnight. Upon arrival, we waited at the gate for approximately 15 minutes before a man came out. He appeared either upset or as though he had been woken up, and immediately demanded to know if the reservation had been paid. I showed him proof of payment through the Hotels.com app, but he continued to scrutinize it, seemingly...

However, the hotel should supply amenities in the room like toothbrush and toothpaste, little shampoo and conditioner. "DO NOT stay in this hotel. I have stayed in some flea pits in my time, but this is the worst. Like the other review, they made me pay again, saying they had no booking with Hotels.com. The price reflects it of course, but it is in a dodgy part of town, a lot of noise, nasty rooms, no toilet seat etc. But the door service is a disgrace: the door staff would not even let me me rest after an exhausting journey to sort in the morning, and I PAID twice for this miserable pit.
