"We chose the Marriott based on it overall reputation and location as a family of 4 sharing a family room. Location was perfect and the majority of places we wanted to visit during were walkable which was ideal. We only had breakfast once and there was lots of choice for everyone, however we did think it was a little on the expensive side, so chose to eat out the rest of our break which did work out cheaper. Room was really spacious considering there was 4 of us - 2 children aged 11 and 17 and...

"Old building that is converted into a hotel. Beautifully done. The W has actually two buildings. If you stay at one building and want to use the gym or pool, you have to cross the street. It's a very small street so it is actually charming rather than annoying. Pool and spa are GORGEOUS. I also stayed at the W in Barcelona but this one is definitely more impressive. THey also had a cool lounge on top of the building."

"My husband and I were in Amsterdam for a concert at the Ziggo arena. This hotel is in a wonderful central location and a few metro stops from the arena. The staff were all attentive and professional. We had a superior room with a huge bed and lovely walk in shower. The room overlooked the train station with great views. We will absolutely return for our next trip to Amsterdam."
