"This property is generally great, is just that on the first day the wi-fi and the TV is not functioning properly, also on the first day the check in is abit slow and things is not explained clearly on my check in day, for a five star hotel that is not ok. Other than that other staff on the front desk are great answer all my questions clearly and politely thank you for that!"

"The Shangri-La is always a winner. The staff is wonderful and speaks several languages. The hostess saw that my son had recently had a birthday and sent up a cake for him. The rooms are wonderful, a great place to relax, and it is well placed in Taipei. I can't wait to stay here again "
