"Good location, staff were professional and courteous. Breakfast was hot and well prepared. Room was big, clean and comfortable However i was given a room on the second floor, and there is no elevator. Had to carry 2 bags upstairs. Was not offered assistance. "

"Nice room, all was good except they don't have enough parking at premise and we were told that if no spots left when we came back later that night we were to drive two blocks down to their alternate lot which is not fun when it's cold out and you have to walk back those 2 blocks very late at night. Parking situation was not shared prior to booking room."

"The room is located facing the entrance and exit of highway 400, it’s really noisy, that could bother your sleep quality starting from 6 am"

"Enjoyed another stay. Any issues were quickly resolved by staff. Morning buffet had many tasty options and staff running it were friendly and helpful. Cookies were the best. Will be back again in May. "
