"A little noisy since it looks like there's a school nearby and the kids noise woke us up in the morning. Also did not help that the staff was knocking on everyone's door offering laundry service in the morning and was heard almost on the whole floor before they even got knock on our door."

"We had a wonderful time at the Swissotel! It was a perfect place to relax after a trip to the Galapagos. We had the added bonus of sharing the hotel with the Barcelona Soccer (Football) team. "Failed to show up for airport transfer to property. We got a taxi that got lost then was unable to climb the mountain due to their road conditions. We had to climb the mountain by foot to attempt to check in but the staff had already left for the evening and failed to respond when we continued to ask for assistance. Our flight arrived at midnight and at 2am my family was still not sure where we would be staying the next 3 days/nights. Taxi driver was awesome and found us a safe place to rest...
