"My family and I recently stayed 4 days in the hotel and had an amazing experience. The hotel beach(s) and pools are perfect, with 2 water slides for the kids fun. The staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive throughout my stay. The 2 bed room was clean, comfortable, and well-appointed with all the amenities I needed, including 2 bath rooms. "Lovely hotel. Check in took a little longer than usual. We got ripped off by the taxi from the airport (not the property’s fault but wouldn’t have happened if they had sent us a complimentary shuttle like most other hotels do). Rooms were spacious and nice but housekeeping needs to do better as there were dust and cobwebs in the room. The food was the best part of our stay. The pools are very nice. The beach is a long ways down, not handicap accessible though. Very nice gym and spa. "
