"First night was almost impossible to sleep as there were parties, but the next day they change our room and it was completely different. No noise at all. Very comfortable, except for the showers - the water is not contained and goes all over the bathroom. Besides these 2 issues, the hotel is very comfortable and the staff is amazing, very nice!"

"Had a great stay at the NH Collection Quito Royal. The front desk set us up with a driver to do some sightseeing at the last minute, and the driver was great. They conveniently held our bags after we checked out, and even offered us a late check out (one hour) for free. Room was spacious and clean, and water pressure was perfect. It was easy to get taxis/ubers as well. Would definitely stay there again!"

We had to climb the mountain by foot to attempt to check in but the staff had already left for the evening and failed to respond when we continued to ask for assistance.
