It helps you control TV, lights, fan, etc. It stopped working and I couldn't get fan to work. But there was no one at front desk...

The bed was comfortable and the staff were friendly and helpful, especially as we were traveling with our infant. It was invaluable to have laundry and a drinkable water station.
