"The hotel is in a great location and quite charming. Staff is very polite and responsive. Cleaning is excellent, the complimentary toiletries are a nice touch, the bedding and towels are good quality. The complimentary breakfast, all day snacks, coffee and food is good quality and variety, and of quite a savings value when added over several days. The lighting in the room could be better. Overall, we were very impressed with our stay and would happily stay with them again. "

"The hotel is in a convenient location near restaurants and shopping mall. The staff was friendly and service was great. The pool is small but great for small children. One of the inconveniences was the elevator. The second day of our stay my husband got stuck in one of the two working elevators. At one point after waiting for the elevator for about 10 minutes we were directed to a staff only elevator thru a hidden door. The other inconvenience was the dead roach in one of our rooms.
