"This was not the worst hotel I’ve stayed in but not the best either. This is a solidly good hotel. We had a budget to work within and this helped. The beds are hard and the shower is functional. The breakfast is quite generous and there is a bar in the lobby. To walk from there to the main square takes 12ish min which we appreciated so we forced ourselves to see more of the city. This is a good, clean and perfectly acceptable hotel for a mildly conscious budget traveler."

"Upon checkin we asked for the VIP room upgrade which we were denied due front desk saying no upgrades were possible (no further explanation). When we got our room it was as advertised clean and average amenities. At night the room next door had crying children and a dog barking all night so no sleep after a long trip there. "Service was amazing from the reception staff. Check in was faultless (minus the long queue)! The 4*’s were for things like the bath tub/shower area was quite dated in comparison to the rest of the room and not the cleanest, there was no hair conditioner, just an empty bottle but we survived. Rooms could have been cleaned everyday for the price we paid (almost £250 a night). Hot water was good, instant every time, no long wait for it to warm up. "We had a lovely 2 night stay and the staff had obviously seen my birthday card in the room and when we returned there was a bottle of wine with a letter wishing me a happy birthday. The rail station was just a very short walk opposite the hotel entrance though we did get Ubers as they were so easy to book and they longest we waited was two minutes for one to arrive. If we next visit Prague we will probably stay at Prague Towers again."
