"Overall good. SOme of the room facititles can be upgraded. Looks the same from a couple of years back. e.g. power points should now have basic USB connections and water points could be located at ever floor vs only at the Lobby. "

"Generally it was a 5 star experience with just one star removed because room service food was terrible. I ordered a prawn pasta which came without any sauce or flavour whatsoever, just fried pasta & prawns. I had to ask for soy sauce or something & it took them 45mins to deliver it AFTER my food had already been delivered with no lid, so my food was open to the air & had gone cold by the time the sauce was delivered. The chef didn't consider it from the guest's perspective, just what was easy...

"Hotel is renovated, everything is perfect for my family. It has a sofa bed for my daughter! The service they provided is very detailed and thoughtful! I have been stayed at lots of top hotels around world. This one is the best! Highly recommended their dining, specially the cake shop! "
