The key card didn’t work 3 times in the 7 days I was there, annoying to go back down over 29 floors in a small cramped elevator to get it fixed then head back on that elevator. No help with taxi or tourist spots. No map available. You are basically on your own, which is fine, but a little help finding the nearest metro would have been nice.
