Porém não cumpriu o anunciado: reservei dois quartos privativos que anunciavam ter materiais de higiene pessoal disponíveis e toalhas, quando constatamos a inexistência de tais itens e solicitamos ao menos toalhas de banho nos quartos, foi cobrado taxa extra de R$ 5,00 por toalha. Não haviam frigobar, micro-ondas ou panela elétrica nos quartos conforme anunciado na reserva. O café da manhã era bem simples mas...

"Only one person spoke English and he worked the very late shift some nights. Room was dark (one light bulb on one wall. Not very clean bathroom. Noisy. Breakfast was coffee, eggs, and lots and lots of breads serving a mob of people. Not a pleasant experience. I would never recommend this place to anyone."

"There are no shops or restaurants anywhere nearby. You have to take a bus to the shopping center to buy anything. Pousada offers breakfast everyday but dinner was only available one of the two nights I was there. If you are coming from Argentina by bus, get off at Shopping Catuai, get cash from the ATM, take bus 120 the opposite direction and get off 2 stops after the wax museum. Walk backwards a bit and you will see their sign. You can take that same bus to the park entrance and the airport."

"Atención en la recepción muy buena, pero se descompuso la bomba de agua en la piscina. Se tomó mucho tiempo en arreglarse. También habían muchos insectos en las habitaciones. "
