Conceirge was average and extremely pushy by tailoring programs that are commission based including transportation to and from points and venues. "

"Hotel is stunning and staff were all amazing. Food was delicious. The only thing to watch out for is they do not allow more than 2 to a room. We had to purchase 2 rooms but weren’t given the option to choose two rooms or a family suite. The family suite was at least $500 more per night than booking 2 rooms. "

"The Excess Venice Boutique Hotel is situated in a quiet backwater on the banks of a canal. It’s within a 25 minute wander to St Mark’s Square. The hotel has a lovely garden, where you can eat breakfast in the summer months. Our room was large, very clean and had everything we needed. The staff were lovely and welcoming. I would highly recommend the hotel for a relaxing break in Venice."
