"This is a beautiful hotel that has gone over and above to make the guests fell important and welcome , the appearance , and the quality of the material that has been used to build this hotel are the best. Our room on the sixth floor had a partial view of the Eifel Tower , and the room was large and absolutely beautiful. I can not say enough about this place."

"My Check was not as welcoming as I expected but a gentleman by the name of Armory who also worked at the front desk stepped in and made the entire process SUPER. They did not have a wheelchair accessible room available but Armory was able to check me in and make arrangements for me to be transferred to a fully accessible room the following day. "Beautiful hotel, amazing views. The staff could not have been more friendly/helpful! The hotel is located in a much more touristy area than I would normally choose. But for the purposes of this trip, it was just perfect--we were just steps from the Christmas market and from the Louvre/Tuilerie Gardens. I would definitely recommend to others! "

"The design of the guest rooms was impeccable. So many well thought of details that I appreciated. The ladies at the front desk went above and beyond with restaurant recommendations. They were also very responsive and helpful via email prior to our arrival. The restaurant food was average but there are many amazing restaurants within a block of the hotel to dine in. Will definitely stay here again. "

"Generally a good property. Excellent staff such as Anaise she was fantastic and others at the front desk and dining rooms. Cleaning staff was very good as well. The property is a bit dated and rooms a bit small. "
