"Really warm and informative welcome on arrival at 23:00, then moved us into superior rooms as they were available next to each other and we were travelling with two youngsters. Nalik the night manager was super helpful with travel advice throughout the weekend. Very good breakfast too, "

"The room was nearby some kind of air conditioning blower that was very loud and annoying. The manager came up to hear it and agreed to move me to a different room. The new room had a better view and was perfectly comfortable and quiet. "

"It was close transport and in a good location for shops, restaurants. The single bed in the rooms mattress was really noisey and uncomfortable. So we complained and was then quickly allocated another room without any problems."

"The property is beautiful- old charm. The bed and pillows are comfortable. The provided water kettle and coffee/tea are appreciated. It can be noisy due to the nearby bar and some homeless people sleeping very near the hotel."
