I’d taken a red eye from the US so it was amazing to have an unexpected early check in to recuperate. Lots of staff, very attentive and friendly. A beautiful bar & restaurant. Highly recommend this lovely hotel."

"Really liked atmosphere, history and decor. Breakfast and service excellent. Slow response to request to help with TV problems from concierge, so much so that we cancelled the request as we couldn’t relax whilst waiting. "

"Exceptional room/suite in great hotel. Reception staff very helpful. We went for light bites in The Sky Lounge. Our waiter was friendly and efficient but the food was very average and we definitely would not eat again, maybe just go for a drink as views are stunning."
