"Hotel undoubtedly has the best location but us starting to show its age Unable to fully shut window in “bridge view room (426) but an oil filled rad had been left to warm room , but didn’t stop noise Lovely big bed Sunday morning stairs were all blocked off by contractors hoardings and lifts were constantly full . Concerned re fire risk as no clear signage and obvious escape routes Won’t stop return , "

"We stayed a single night as we had returned from Thailand and didn’t want to drive back to Devon after a 14hour flight. Hotel room was nice with comfortable bed. Very well maintained - looked like it was recently refurbished. Very quiet given that Heathrow runway must be less than 300 yards away!! We could easily see planes taking off and landing from the window. Good shower. We were able to use hotel car park without booking. "
