"Excellent hotel "

"Really professional and friendly staff. Tv sinal was dropping out. Couldn't get a signal mobile or wifi in the room and couldn't work out how to turn off the air condition which kept me awake all night. However that aside would stay again. Lovely looking. Well appointed. Easy access and good food and reception cant do enough. I didnt get the chance to use the spa andvpool but we ould certainly come back and will try it on that occasion. Great dinner and breakfast and very clean"

"The hotel is older than others and the rooms are not renovated - but the staff were really nice and showed me a few rooms until I was ok - I did pay a small upgrade- but the area is not great - I had an ok stay for 2 nights but would not go back. "

"Hotel was very unique and clean. All staff were friendly and the room was bigger than expected. During our stay the bar wasn’t open which was a shame we wanted to try all the hotel had to offer. The key card holder as soon as you walk in the room was also broken and was on the floor when we opened the door to the room. Apart from that hotel was lovely and location was spot on "

"Lovely spacious room. When we arrived the heating had been put on, as well as the radio, to create a welcoming feel to the room. Communal areas and restaurant were cooler with mobile heaters in place. Only downsides were the limited parking available and the noise from 5 am of a vehicle struggling to leave in the icy conditions. "

"Lovely city centre hotel. Wouldn’t normally stay in Manchester as it is close to home but it was a special occasion and wanted to treat my partner. She loved the experience, comfy beds and lovely bathroom, she wants to stay again. "
