"Staying at this iconic hotel was a truly great experience. We encountered a couple of issues initially which were quickly resolved by the wonderful staff. Every staff member we encountered was professional, friendly and incredibly helpful. We dined twice at the restaurant Spices which served delicious fare and once in the lobby which was similarly tasty. "Quite an experience to stay in this hotel. Everyone is so nice and helpful and are always with a smile. Breakfast is good although it was not as many variations as last year but I still totally enjoy the breakfast being served. The new breakfast place is just fabulous.The chef even made a requested pandesal with corned beef which is such a nice gesture that he remembers. Love the place and will stay again for sure."
