On contacting reception about this, we were kindly moved to a much nicer room with a park view. Enjoyed the underfloor heating in the bathroom, quality bedding and windows that you can open to let in fresh air. Missed having a bathtub as most rooms only have a shower. Cleaning could be improved as the chaise was stained - rather off-putting. Overall a nice stay in beautiful...
