"Positives - a welcoming reception, comfortable bed, parking, everywhere spotless, decent kettle and good shower. Negatives - the small tv only receives a few channels - very few. It still seems tuned in to Freeview as it was when it first came out. The system probably just needs retuning. And there was a bit of rust on a grab rail in the shower. I reckon that these are tiny negatives and on balance I feel the hotel was good value."

The staff at the hotel were exceptionally attentive and good-humoured, which made us feel really welcomed. It was an easy check-in, helped by the fact that you can do some of it online. The place was a bit of a maze of corridors when you went up to find your room, which took a bit of getting used to when it came to navigating. One area had a rather musty smell in the corridor, but...
