"Excellent from check in, (bit shocked at car parking cost.). Room, was clean (dusty on head board) sofa bed mattress very thin, son didn't sleep to well both nights, shower head.wouldnt sit straight but lovely shower. Room either cold or to hot, very chilli by window. Food was nice on the first night, 2nd night the curry was not so good, very small portions, rice very bland. Breakfast was fantastic, such a good selection.All staff were excellent, very attentive. We will definitely be back....

"This is a stylish, warm, comfortable hotel. The room was in pristine condition. Bed comfortable.The shower was modern and excellent. The breakfast was top-notch. On the downside it was essential to keep the windows closed as the M 11 is very close. Also the carpark, reception and hotel are separate from each other. In the rain that would be a REAL drag. "The Lamb is a fine hotel in the heart of Ely. The staff were reliably helpful, polite, and skilled. The room was clean, comfortable and big enough for me and my wife. Breakfast was well done, we had the "Full English" a couple of times and "Continental" (Cereal, fruit, yogurt) other times. Coffee was good. "Welcoming and full-service facilities. Dining room, front desk staff, and large parking lot. Very well located and right off of High Street. Not the most charmingly historic hotel, but an easy-to-use, not overly expensive option. Would definitely stay there again."
