"When I checked in the receptionist she did not greet me with a smile or anything. She was quite stuck up and did not have great customer service at all. On top of that, she gave me a room that did not exist at all. I went to the floor as she stated and the room number did not exist. I then had to go back to reception and the other receptionist told me the room did not exist. It took around 20-25mins to sort this out and the lack of customer service was evident. I would have preferred a little...

"Room for four was simple but all that we needed. Clean and comfortable beds and good working condition bathroom. Hanger/wardrobe space and tea/coffee/fridge facilities. We were able to store our luggage in the luggage room on day of arrival and departure, though the tagging system isn’t very efficient and is left for customers to do themselves so I wouldn’t trust leaving valuable items there. Our room was in the basement which was unfortunately extremely noisy each morning with other guests...

The staff was helpful with recommendations both near and far from the hotel; both touristy and local Events. You don’t have to spend a fortune on a hotel to be comfortable!"
