"Hotel staff were amazing. Location and the building was spectacular! We went to the spa and this was a bit disappointing, there were no locker keys so had to take my clothes and bag into the swimming area. We were told we would be given gowns and slippers but they didnt have any , we had to wait for somebody to go and find gowns but they didnt have slippers. The showers did not have any shower gel or shampoo the bottles were empty.....the machine to spin costumes was broken and no plastic bags...
