The quality of the hotel was at the very highest at all levels from service to the design of the hotel, choice of materials, food, wine and amenities. The view of the alps from the balcony takes one's breath away. The quality of the staff was unmatched. Their people skills are exemplary. This hotel is competitive with any 5 star hotel in the world; we have stayed at many. "

"The rooms definitely need renovations. The hallway to reach the room takes a good 20 mn of walk!! On top of having skied all day and paying no less of 700€ a night. The gondola is not even included to reach the town (only at check-in and check-out) which is an additional 22€ per couple per ride. The bed is not comfortable at all and still using 2 single beds which is not adequate for a couple. Room service stops at 9pm which does not make sense! "
