"This was a wonderful hotel. First points, it is a 3 minute walk from the Klosters Dorf train station. There aren't many food places right there, but if you don't mind taking a bus, taking a cab, or walking 20-plus minutes, there are many things within range. If you are there for skiing, it is a 3 minute walk to the nearest gondola, and the skiing is wonderful. Oh, and the hotel has a ski room downstairs to store wet gear so that you don't have to fill your room with it. As for the hotel...

"We thought we had a room but they upgraded us to an apartment. Then they gave us a card for all transportation, including bus, ski lift, admission to museums. "I stayed at the Zhero Hotel for 20 days on a long ski vacation with my 16-year old son. The hotel is nice and with great facilities. The staff was always smiling and attentive. The breakfast had everything you would expect, and more. Service always great. Dinner was sophisticated.
