In our 3 week trip across Europe, this was by far the worst check-in process. It is self-service and not good. Very difficult to fill out all the details on a cell phone, and they require a lot of details, like when your passport expires, and what city it was issued in. During this process, they send you another email to confirm. But the email screen is unavailable as the link on the first email brings up their website. If you leave that to check your email, the registration process stops. If we did not have two cell phones, we would not have been able to check in. At the self service counter, you have to use a card blank and make your own room key. But there were no blanks there. A crowd of about 20 people were all in there trying to check in and trying to figure out what was wrong. Only one terminal for people to use. No humans around. Room was good, but we spent 2 hours trying to check in. Very aggravating. Breakfast was expensive but the best one we had on our trip. Overall rating would be higher but the check-in process almost forced us to leave and find a room elsewhere.
