"The property was nice and staff at the hotel were very nice especially at the lounge on 19th floor.. I was really looking forward to the rooftop which was kind of disappointing.. the music was not what I expected and the staff was probably my least favorite in Bangkok.. the drinks were ok "

"The lounge on the 27th floor is in the evenings completely overcrowded and resembles a pub. The snacks seem low end. For breakfast it is the opposite, nice atmosphere and great selection of food. The rooms are small and dark, seems they save on electricity, a bit depressing. "
