"Overall we had a lovely stay! The room was incredible and very clean. One thing to note is that it was often hard to find staff members, especially at the cafe. We would want to get something and there would be no staff on the entire floor. We also had an odd interaction with one of the front desk members. He insisted on taking driving us to many of the main attractions in sapa but did not give us a price even though we asked many times. It ended up being way more expensive than taking a Grab,...

"I stayed at the Family room (2 bedrooms), ample space for all. We got the mountain view. Fantastic view during clear sky especially in the morning. About 5 mins walk to Moana. We arrived 6am and the staff allowed us to use the washroom to freshen up and leave our luggage at the reception counter. It's safe ya to leave your luggage there. "From check in to check out everything was so easy. The hotel is really clean and amenities are really good. Restaurant has lot of option , with breakfast with lots of variery and changes menu everyday. Spa service is really good. "
