"Magnificent views from are balcony. Great buffet breakfast Great location close to all restaurants etc. Room super comfy With shower and separate bath very clean. Would definitely stay here again. Staff very friendly and helpful."

"We arrived early in the morning. The guy at front desk ( sorry did not get your name) was awesome, he helped me about extending another night. He showed us where we can leave our luggages. The breakfast was buffet and really good. They have Phò in breakfast huffet. Will definitely come back. "

"From check in to check out everything was so easy. The hotel is really clean and amenities are really good. Restaurant has lot of option , with breakfast with lots of variery and changes menu everyday. Spa service is really good. "

"We got here pretty late because we were coming from Hanoi but we were greeted warmly despite how late it was. The staff was extremely friendly. The breakfast we had both days were also amazing. The amenities and room was also nice with an amazing view. "

"The first thing I must say is that DUA and SELINA are a credit to this hotel. These ladies are warm and welcoming asset to this stay. So helpful with guidance.We don't normally eat a lot where we stay, but the food was so delicious we kept coming back. This hotel is in a perfect location for the Fansipan train. A few minutes walk and DUA can assist with tickets "

"Exemplary service from all staff here. Received a complimentary room upgrade to a suite with an excellent view of the fields and mountains. Cozy and tranquil. It’s not near to Sapa town though but they have an in-house restaurant with good variety of food at very reasonable prices as well. Best place for a recharge and back to nature moments. "

"It was amazing stay with my mom. Even though we couldn’t try the swimming pool because of the weather, the infinity pool from the pool was amazing. The breakfast was also amazing. Staffs were so so kind. Would like to visit again with my siblings "

"Great place to unwind in Sa Pa! Best time to travel is May-October if you want sunshine and warmth. It was cold and misty here but the staff are amazing and food was fantastic! Loved the spa and the fireplaces in the bungalow. "

"I stayed at the Family room (2 bedrooms), ample space for all. We got the mountain view. Fantastic view during clear sky especially in the morning. About 5 mins walk to Moana. We arrived 6am and the staff allowed us to use the washroom to freshen up and leave our luggage at the reception counter. It's safe ya to leave your luggage there. "Absolutely amazing views, and such a comfy room. We had an electric blanket and a heater. We opted for the room with the bath tub and it was so cozy!!! You have to bear in mind this budget luxury and not everything is perfect in terms of appearance but it was still such a love lovely hotel. It included a great breakfast, moped rental, laundry service and even excursion. I could not recommend this place more!!!!"
