"Lovely hotel only issue is the door to the room rattles every time the door in the hallway is opened"

"Noise from the kitchen extractor was loud until quite late which was a shame. The bathroom had swing doors which were stiff & noisy to open during the night & with an auto light sensor meant that when one of us got up to use the loo the other was woken up. Shame as it’s a lovely place & it wouldn’t put us off staying again. Also very handy location for Bristol airport. "

"Staff were a delight the entire stay. Room (1) was beautiful and clean, with windows on 3 sides (excellent for a breeze), lovely roll top bed, comfy mattress and very nice modern bathroom. Bathrobes were a nice touch. Ate at the hotel Saturday night and it was superb. Scotch egg was delicious, pork fabulous and the pizza was gorgeous. "We stayed here for my husbands birthday weekend Joss welcomed us like family. The room and serivce was amazing We was made to feel so welcome. Joss had a card sent to our room for jons birthday Which was a lovely touch. The area is stunning and so quiet. The bed omg the bed was so comfortable If we didnt have to be up early for longleat we would of slept in all day lol. Jon and i stayed in room 2 the beech tree room It was cosy and so quite.
